If I completed my O-level and made four credits instead of five credits required for admission, will I be admitted into the JUPEB program?

Yes; but it is your responsibility to make up your deficient course at the O-level before completing the on-year program. Students who fail to make up their deficiencies and upload them into the JAMB portal will be denied admission into year two.
